- ON PURCHASING ELECTRONIC PRODUCTS AND SMART GADGETS THERE WILL BE NO REFUND PROVIDED BUT INCASE THE CUSTOMER RECIVED THE DAMAGED PRODUCT, THE EXCHANGE OF THE PRODUCT WILL BE PROVIDED ONLY.
- OTHER PRODUCTS LIKE FASHION OR FOOT WEAR BOTH REFUND AND EXCHANGE WILL BE PROVIDED. ONCE THE REFUND IS APPROVED,YOUR MONEY WILL BE CREDITED IN YOUR BANK ACCOUNT WITHIN 3 OR 4 BUSINESS DAYS. ALSO COSTUMER HAS TO PROVIDE A VALID PROOF AND REASON FOR CLAIMING REFUND OR REPLACEMENT.
- ONCE THE ORDER IS PLACED CUSTOMER CAN CANCEL THE ORDER UNTIL 12 HOURS, AFTER 12 HOURS THERE WILL BE NO CANCELLATION ACCEPTED.
- IF THE CUSTOMER WANTS TO REPLACE THE PRODUCT ESPECIALLY ELECTRONICS,AND SMART GADGETS,THE CUSTOMER HAS TO MAKE 360* CLEAR UNBOXING VIDEO OF THE PRODUCT. THE SEAL OF THE PRODUCT SHOULD BE VISIBLE IN THE VIDEO AND THE SEAL SHOULD NOT BE BROKEN.
- ONCE THE ORDER IS PLACED BY THE COSTUMER WE DISPATCH THE ORDER WITHIN 48HOURS.
